Order Fulfillment & Shipping

We ask that you allow us 10 - 14 business days to get your items ready to ship.
And for anyone that does not understand, business days are Monday - Friday (not weekends and no holidays).
Our shop is generally closed on Thursday and Friday.
Our products are NOT mass produced. They are all small batch, handcrafted by Miss Sha' and Mr. Kelly.
We are one of the few shops that makes nearly every item by hand -
we DO NOT wholesale order from places like Azure Green, etc - we make your product.
If we do not make a product, it is noted on the listing.
How Orders are Processed:
When an order is received, it isn't printed until the following morning. We run about 8-10 days out (normally) on our shipping times.
But sometimes, if we get an influx of orders, we get very busy and it takes longer to get your orders filled.
For example, since the last quarter of 2018, we are average about 45 orders, per day!
That is close to 500 orders per week! So PLEASE be patient with us.
If you need an item quicker, you do have the option of Priority Express Mail -
however, please be advised, Priority Express Mail is VERY expensive and no different than standard Priority.
It will STILL take about 3 days to arrive.
IF you are considering Priority Express Mail - please reach out to Miss Sha' either BEFORE you place your order -
so she can give you an idea of how quickly she can get your order out.

We also offer DHL for international packages, and FEDEX for Domestic packages. However, these services have an additional fee that will have to be paid via PayPal invoice. If you wish to have either of these services, please reach out to Miss Sha' immediately upon placing your order. Provide her with your request, as well as your order number.
If you wait several days, your package will be shipped using the US Postal Service.
Why Orders Take Longer (We are NOT Amazon.com, and here's why):
While we make large batches of oils at a single time, they are not individually bottled until your order is placed.
This allows the oils extra time with the original herbals and botanicals - to become as potent and powerful, as possible.
Also, please keep in mind - the stock photos you see on the website are of the first approved sample. The bottle you get will have all the relevant ingredients and the exact same blend - but the overall look/appearance may be slightly different. Cut and sifted herbs may have been obtained from a different supplier, etc. In addition, the process is done by hand, and therefore, no two bottles will be absolutely identical.
The same can be said for our candles. Again, the candles are not poured until an order is placed.
This can mean that candles will not be ready to be removed from their molds for up to 12 hours.
They are hand-cleaned, and blessed, by Miss Sha'.
Then off to Mr. Kelly - who does the packaging.
If you choose a loaded or fixed candle, this requires extra work and energies.
But it ensures that no two candles are exactly alike - Miss Sha' touches each and every candle that leaves her cottage, at least 3 times!
This definitely gives extra energies to your candles. Again, we ask 14 business days.
If you have ordered a Custom oil, powder, candle - or any candle that is fixed/loaded - this WILL add to the creation time. Miss Sha' does NOT keep loaded and fixed items on hand. So again, please be patient.
If you want fast delivery, you need to shop elsewhere. Our products are worth the wait.
Life in the Bayou:
Living in rural Louisiana, the postal service is intermittent, at best.
We ship several times each week, but not every single day. We do it ALL by hand - nothing is pre-made!
If you want pre-made, mass-produced, quick inventory items from an online wholesale store that has no magick to it, at all, then please feel free to shop elsewhere!
Once Your Order is Ready:
Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a link to the shipping confirmation.
If you did not receive an order confirmation after you placed your order, please be sure to check your spam folders.
Same with shipping confirmations!
Also - once the box leaves my hands and enters into the United States Postal Service rat race, we are at their mercy.
I cannot even attempt to locate your package until it "stalls" somewhere, for multiple days. You stand a better chance of providing your local post office (the office, NOT your delivery person) with the tracking and let them hunt for it. I have no control over where it goes or how quickly it moves, once it leaves Mooringsport, LA.
We always recommend Priority shipping - so there is some level of guarantee on delivery and a way to file a claim on a lost package. First Class shipping, while much cheaper, does not offer this luxury.
International Buyers -
And if you are an International buyer - we highly recommend you select International Priority Shipping. Basic First Class can take weeks to arrive and there is no possible way to track the package. Priority is much more expensive, but a claim can be filed if you package is lost.
In addition, once your box leaves the United States, I can no longer track it.
Also, be sure to confirm your shipping address with PayPal or your credit card company - once your item is shipped, I cannot change the address.
Also, Do NOT ask us to declare your box a 'gift' - or less than the actual value.
Companies and shop owners that do this, are actually breaking Federal laws.
If they are caught, you, as well as the shop owner, are subject to large fines.
We can also be banned from shipping into your country if we falsely declare values of items. So, please, give us the proper respect
and do not ask us. We apologize that US shipping to overseas countries is so expensive. But that is the agreement between your country and the US - we have no control over that. And we make no money on shipping, refund any excess back to the customer.
We are also NOT responsible for the duties and tariffs that your country charges when your box arrives.
If you choose to refuse the package, and it is returned to us, we will provide a partial refund.
We will refund ONLY regularly stocked items. Custom made or loaded/dressed items will NOT be refunded.
And shipping will NOT be refunded.
In order to obtain a refund, you will need to reach out to us when you refuse the shipment and let us know.
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
When a customer purchases something online, they enter into an agreement with the shop owner.
The agreement is that they pay for the goods and shipping. The owner of the shop agrees to make, package and ship the product.
Once we provide you with a shipping confirmation, that concludes the shop owner's portion of the agreement.
Many people seem to think that just because a package fails to arrive, that the shop owner should ship a replacement package.
Why? The shop owner provided proof that the items were produced, packaged and shipped.
They should NOT be held responsible for Postal Services' mishandling of a shipment.
However, Inexplicable Things will meet you half way.
We will provide you with 50% off a duplicate order (the exact same items), but you are responsible for 50% + shipping.
If an item is missing or damaged during transit, and if you purchased Priority shipping, please let Miss Sha' know immediately, as well as provide her with photos so she can file a claim. She will then replace the items lost or damaged.
If you opt for First Class, she will be unable to file a claim.
Again, we always recommend you opt for Priority Shipping.
